2. Printed Circuit Board (PCB)

Process:

Printing the Design: Once the design is complete, it is printed onto a transparent sheet. This sheet is then used to transfer the design onto the copper-clad board using a photosensitive process.
Etching: The board is submerged in an etching solution that removes unwanted copper, leaving behind only the copper traces that form the circuit.
Drilling: After etching, holes are drilled in the board for component leads. Precision is crucial to ensure proper alignment with the circuit design.
Soldering: Components are placed on the board, and their leads are soldered to the copper traces. This step connects the components electrically, completing the circuit.
Testing: The finished PCB is tested to ensure it works as intended, with any issues being corrected before final use.
3. Surfboard
Surfboards are crafted for water sports and require a balance of strength, buoyancy, and smoothness.

Process:

Fitting Fins: The fin system, which helps stabilize the board in the water, is attached to the bottom. Depending on the design, this might involve routing slots for detachable fins or directly glassing the fins onto the board.
Finishing: After the resin has cured, the board is sanded to smooth out the surface and remove any imperfections. A gloss coat may be applied for a polished finish.
Artwork (optional): Many surfboards feature custom artwork, which can be painted on the board before the final gloss coat.
